Have you ever wanted to move as freely as the wind, let spirit be your prime mover and loose all sense of your body as a restriction?  If so this workshop/concert is perfect for you.  Carol has been teaching the Arika Mentation System for the past 20 years and has recently adapted this amazing meditation system for movement and sound liberation.  During the afternoon session you will master total uplifting of your body into conscious light ebullience. Carol leads you through the 12 realms of the Mentation System with live music.  Through conscious focus you merge your mind into your own essence and merge all that with the music's vibratory essence in order to become pure spirit in action.  It is both surrender and empowerment at the same time, as the light of the moment merges with your intention and moves you.  Into this symphony of your body lifted by light is added vocal explorations to liberate pure sound and poetics from your storehouse of feeling and knowledge.  The result is a new sense of freedom to move and speak as spirit inspires you.

 

The evening concert is also an interactive exploration as Skylark does musical readings and journeys for all the participants.  It is here that her 35 years of being a spiritual reader, healer and aura portrait artist comes to bear.  Carol combines clairvoyant seeing and clairaudiant hearing into a musical journey for each individual .  The group continues its subtle sound and movement work, now in the context of offering that individual their energy and vibratory support.  The entire group, including the musicians, opens to the moment's magical poetics and energy manifestations.  This is very engaging and extremely FUN!  Please come JOIN US!!
